We plan and manage a wide range of events — birthday parties, weddings, engagements, anniversaries, product launches, cultural shows, and private gatherings. If you have a unique celebration in mind, we’ll customize our services for you.

2. How far in advance should I book Arangika Events?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance for smaller events and 3 months for weddings or large corporate events. However, we also take last-minute bookings depending on availability.

3. Do you offer complete event planning or only specific services?

Both! We provide end-to-end event planning (concept to execution) as well as standalone services such as décor, entertainment, catering, coordination. You can pick what you need

4. Can you work within my budget?

Absolutely. We design event plans to fit different budgets without compromising on quality. Share your budget and priorities, and we’ll create a tailored proposal.

5. Do you handle décor and theme design?

Yes. Our creative team designs customized décor and themes based on your vision — from elegant minimalistic setups to grand traditional celebrations.

6. Will you coordinate with vendors or do I have to hire my own?

We have a trusted network of professional vendors (caterers, photographers, florists, entertainers). We can manage all coordination for you, or work with vendors of your choice.

7. How do I get a quote for my event?

You can fill out our Contact/Enquiry Form on the website or call us directly. Provide your event type, date, location, and guest count, and we’ll send a detailed estimate.

8. Do you plan outstation or destination events?

Yes! We specialize in planning destination weddings and events both within India and abroad. Our team manages travel, logistics, and venue arrangements seamlessly.

9. Can you help with last-minute changes or emergencies?

We understand that things happen unexpectedly. Our team stays on-site during your event and is trained to handle last-minute changes smoothly.

10. What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Cancellations are accepted up to a specified date (mentioned in your contract). Refunds depend on the stage of planning and payments already made to vendors. We’ll share the full policy during booking.

11. Do you provide event photography or videography?

We collaborate with professional photographers and videographers to capture every special moment. Packages can be included with your event plan.
